Abstract Submission Deadline for Earth Observations for Water Cycle Science 2015!

This conference is meant to provide a platform for scientists and practitioners to exchange their views on monitoring, assessment. and prediction of key variables for water management. See http://www.bafg.de/DE/05_Wissen/02_Veranst/2015_10_13.html for more details

The objective of the 2015 conference is to provide an interdisciplinary forum for presentations of current knowledge within the variety of disciplines related to weather and climate of the ocean and atmosphere. Get more information at http://www.icshmo-2015.com.

Major workshop goals include preparing for the exploitation of the next generation of altimeters, and bringing together hydrologists, model developers, in-situ data analysts, and space scientists in order to tackle the future challenges in the hydrology of surface water storage and runoff. More details at http://www.hydrospace2015.org.

The largest Earth and space sciences meeting in the world, with more info at http://fallmeeting.agu.org/2015/.

This conference will allow experts dealing with climate observations and other key stakeholders the opportunity to review and give input to and feedback on the next Global Climate Observing System (GCOS) implementation plan prior to its publication

This WWRP/WCRP/Bolin Centre School on Polar Prediction will provide training for 30 post graduate and early career post-doctoral polar scientists, focusing on topics such as: polar mesoscale atmospheric processes; sea ice prediction, near term ensemble prediction, and seasonal-to-decadal climate variability and prediction in the polar regions. Find out more at http://www.climate-cryosphere.org/wcrp/pcpi/meetings/abisko-pp-2016.

The purpose of this topical conference is to advance knowledge on the potential offered by Earth Observation technology to answer some of the major open questions in cryosphere science. Check http://www.eo4cryosphere2016.info for more info.

CORDEX 2016 will bring together the international community involved in regional climate research and its applications, with particular emphasis on CORDEX and related WCRP regional climate activities. It will further promote the CORDEX vision to advance and coordinate the science and application of regional climate downscaling through global partnerships.
